Overview

Most people problems are first noticed, and best solved, by line managers. This course gives managers and supervisors without an HR background the practical skills to hire well, set clear expectations, manage performance, handle difficult conversations and keep their teams motivated, while staying on the right side of employment law.

Sessions are interactive and built around real workplace situations, with simple tools and checklists you can start using immediately.

Who is this for? Line managers, supervisors, team leads, department heads, business owners and newly promoted managers who lead people but have no formal HR training.
