Level 3: Class Observation and Demo Lessons

This level combines class observation with hands-on teaching practice. Trainees will first observe an experienced online English tutor conducting a real lesson with a student, learning how lessons are delivered, teaching materials are used, and students are engaged.

After the observation, trainees will conduct their own demo lesson, with a facilitator acting as the student. They will apply the teaching methods and skills acquired during training and receive constructive feedback on their lesson preparation, communication, teaching techniques, and overall delivery. This experience helps trainees understand real online teaching expectations and identify areas for improvement before applying to online teaching companies.
